Complete Cleaning Solutions Wirral is a sole trader business run by Paul Ackerley, working from Wallasey, Wirral CH44 2DA. I am the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

When you complete an enquiry form, call or email, I collect the details you choose to give me: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, and a description of the cleaning you need.

I also receive standard technical information sent by your browser, such as device type and pages visited, which helps me understand how the site is used.

I use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit where one is needed, give you a price, carry out the work you book, and keep a record of the job and the invoice.

I do not sell your information, and I do not use it for marketing unless you have asked me to keep you informed.

I process your information on the basis of your request to take steps before entering a contract, the performance of that contract once you book work, my legitimate interest in running the business, and my legal obligations around accounting records.

I share information only where it is necessary: with my accountant and insurer where relevant, and with the providers that host this website and handle enquiry form submissions. I may also disclose information where I am legally required to do so.

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for a reasonable period so I can answer follow-up contact, then deleted. Records relating to completed jobs and invoicing are kept for as long as required for accounting and insurance purposes.

You have the right to ask what personal information I hold about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, to ask me to delete information where I am not required to keep it, to object to or restrict processing in certain circumstances, and to receive a copy of information you provided.
