These terms apply to cleaning, valeting and exterior work carried out by Complete Cleaning Solutions Wirral, a sole trader business run by Paul Ackerley from Wallasey, Wirral, and to the use of this website.

They sit alongside the price and scope agreed with you for your particular job.

Quotes are free and carry no obligation. Carpets, upholstery and car valeting can usually be priced over the phone from the details you give me. Driveways, patios, roofs, gutters and fascias are quoted after a free site visit.

Published prices, for example carpets from £30 to £75 per room, upholstery from £25 per item, pressure washing from £85, gutters from £35 and combined gutter, fascia and window work from £55, are starting guides based on typical jobs. The price for your job is confirmed before any work begins. Roof cleaning is priced on application after a site visit.

If conditions on the day differ materially from what was described or seen at the quote, I will explain the position and agree any change with you before carrying on.

Work is carried out Mon–Fri 8am–6:30pm · Sat 9am–3pm, and I am closed on Sundays.

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the areas being cleaned, including parking close enough to work from the van where possible.

The van carries its own water and power, so your supply is not needed for valeting or exterior work unless we agree otherwise.

Block paving is re-sanded as part of pressure washing, with a choice of three sand finishes agreed at the quote. It is never charged as an add-on.

Carpets are cleaned by truckmount hot water extraction on an eight-stage process and are typically walked on again within two to three hours. Upholstery is usually dry within four to five hours. Drying times depend on the fabric, the room and the weather.

Roof moss treatment typically keeps a roof clear for three to five years. This is what I see in practice rather than a guarantee.

Cleaning improves what is there; it cannot replace worn, bleached, burned or permanently damaged materials. Some stains, sun fading and pile wear are permanent.

If I do not think a job will make enough difference to be worth the money, I will tell you before you pay for it.

I hold £5m public liability insurance, in place on every job, domestic and commercial.

I am responsible for damage caused by my own negligence. I am not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects in the property or items being cleaned.

If there's anything you're not happy about, let me know, it's never an issue to come back and put something right.

Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due on completion of the work. Card, cash and bank transfer are accepted.

Commercial and letting agent work can be invoiced by arrangement.

Please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or move a booked appointment, so the slot can be offered to someone else.

Where you are a consumer and the agreement was made away from business premises, your statutory cancellation rights apply.
